The Ecuador Ministry of Environment announced on Mar. 15 that a Japanese man was arrested at Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito on Mar. 12. Later on Mar. 20, Kyushu University revealed the possibility that he might be one of their engineers. The 20-year-old was taking two weeks off this month to travel in South America.
