Aiming to open more international routes from the airport, the airport fee (consisting of fees for landing, aircraft parking, security, and using airport building facilities) will be entirely exempt for the first three years for new long-distance routes over 5,000 km. For shorter flights, there are discounts of 100%, 75% and 50% for the first three years. The new system takes effect on April 1.
