To prevent family infections, it will increase the use of those facilities, instead of asking patients to stay home. Also, Kyushu University announced confirmed infections of seven students at its Ito Campus on August 5. Those cases were considered a cluster, and the university has disinfected some student facilities. On August 6, Fukuoka Prefecture announced 137 more cases of the new coronavirus infection, including 90 instances found in Fukuoka City.
