Kotsumeito welcomes guests with cute <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kotsume kawauso <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(small-clawed otters) and a few other animals. Patrons are allowed to watch and hold the critters after washing and sanitizing their hands.
