Wataru Aso said at his regularly scheduled news conference that the prefecture would close its office in Seoul at the end of March. In giving the reason for the withdrawal, he said, \u201cThere is no longer any need for the office\u2019s original function of gathering information to provide to give advice to Japanese travelers.
