The concept of \u201cluxury <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shokupan<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d has significantly improved people\u2019s image for the country\u2019s most ubiquitous type of bread, bringing many new brands to bake fluffy loaves with carefully selected ingredients. In the kitchen of Koko ni Kimeta, two types of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shokupan<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> loaves are baked daily; Itadaki (\u00a5800) is made of domestic butter, fresh cream, and mascarpone cheese. Its rich taste completes with the sweetness of sugar and honey, too.
