In addition to conventional \u2018burnable\u2019 and \u2018unburnable\u2019 trash, the city requires separation of \u2018used paper.\u2019 The new category includes all recyclable paper wastes, including cardboard, newspaper, magazines, paper bags, paper boxes, and confidential documents. Such materials accounted for about 30% of the collected \u2018burnable\u2019 garbage.
