In July, a twenty-year-old woman was tricked out of \u00a540,000 after she met a man, who explained he left his luggage on the<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> shinkansen<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> train on his way from Kumamoto. Another case in September victimized a man, who was told by a stranger that he had suffered a bag snatching.
