Sales of its <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">minpaku<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> apartments (approximately 220 units at five condominiums) dropped sharply after the pandemic blocked international tourism into Japan, marking a 98.8% decrease between Apr. ~ Sep. 2020 compared to the same period in 2019.
