Motives of snowflakes, ribbons, and other Christmas items wrap the tower as if it is a massive box of presents. The illumination is visible between 17:00~23:00 (until 24:00 on 12\/24) until December 25. Related to the new coronavirus spread, the street light in front of the tower is canceled for the 2020-2021 season<\/span><b>.
