Besu-suta,) will need to be changed, as its parent company Yamada-Denki Co., Ltd., announced a merger. On July 1, 2021, Yamada Denki will absorb seven companies, including the Fukuoka-established Best Denki. While the Best Denki name will continue to be used at 305 shops around the country, the merger terminates its existence.
