A 4-minute walk through a roofed promenade from JR Hakata Station leads to the Hakata Fukami Park Building, a part of the \u2018Hakata Connected\u2019 redevelopment program. Offices, including that of Yahoo Japan Corporation, will open on the 3rd ~13th floors.
