According to Nishitetsu\u2019s announcement on Feb. 18, terminating the incentive programs is expected to improve its balance sheet by approximately \u00a5650 million. The company also announced reductions in the number of local bus operations to overcome huge deficits created by the new coronavirus pandemic.
