JR Kyushu\u2019s luxury sightseeing train, Seven Stars, announced they would serve bowls of<\/span> ramen<\/span><\/i> noodles. Reflecting upon the passengers\u2019 desire to slurp noodles before going to bed, easy-to-digest noodles and <\/span>dashi<\/span><\/i>-based soups (soy sauce and salt) were developed in collaboration Chikaranomoto Holdings Co, Ltd. of Ippudo Ramen fame. Named \u2018Nanamaru\u2019 after Ippudo\u2019s signature <\/span>ramen<\/span><\/i>, Akamaru and Shiromaru. The new dishes will be served onboard from Mar. 23.
