The new \u2018Ikkousha Ramen Sharjah Shop\u2019 is located in a major bed town near Dubai and adheres to Islamic food-related traditions. With that in mind, the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ramen<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> served there is made with chicken-based soup stock. Special sauce made without alcohol by a Sawara Ward-based soy sauce brewer is also used.
