The group arrived in Taiwan on November 10. This was the first visit by a Fukuoka Prefecture governor to Taiwan since diplomatic ties between Japan and Taiwan were ended in 1972. The group stayed for two days for discussions with officials from the Taiwan Ministry of Finance and the Three-Three Association, Taiwan\u2019s most influential business organization.
