On Apr. 20, a restaurant opened in the parking lot of Fukufuku no Sato, a popular farmers\u2019 market in the Fukuyoshi area of Itoshima City. Shunsai Shungyo Fukufuku serves meals made of fresh foods from the nearby sea and the mountains of Fukuyoshi. Dishes, such as <\/span>kaisendon<\/span><\/i> (seafood bowl) set meals and a vegetable tempura plate, are cooked on the spot by staff from the area. The eatery hopes to contribute to the reactivation of the local primary industries.
