Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., Sekisui House. Ltd., and two more organizations announced the opening of a short-stay recreational base inside the Uminonakamichi area from March 2022. With the concept of park tourism, the new zone would provide lodging, dining, exercising, and more to visitors who enjoy activities in the extended area of Uminonakamichi. One of the highlights would be 13 spherical lodges dotting around the Kamo pond. There will be horseback riding and SUP offered too.
