Beginning in July 2021, the city would issue registration cards to those who submit oath documents. The program would enable the provision of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">boshi-techo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> child health handbooks, the use of city-provided apartments and nurseries, and more.
