The city\u2019s mayor, Soichiro Takashima, explained at a press conference that approximately 12,000 of the city\u2019s June injections remain unbooked as of Jun. 11. The city advises elderly residents (65 y\/o and above) to reschedule their bookings to earlier dates to operate regional vaccinations at speed.
