Sengetsu Shuzo will ship out 15,000 bottles of <\/span>shochu<\/span><\/i> to the U.S. after spending three years in joint development of products for export with an American company. Collaboration between the 118-year-old <\/span>shochu<\/span><\/i> distillery in Kumamoto and the Mujen Spirits, which was co-founded by an actress and entrepreneur, Sondra Baker, has overcome a one-year delay due to heavy rain in Kumamoto Prefecture in 2020 and will finally debut products with three different alcohol strengths; Ai (23%,) Original (35%,) and X (42%.)
