On Jul. 1, the National Tax Agency released its latest report for land valuations, which shows an average 0.4% growth in the seven prefectures. Prefectures of Fukuoka (+1.8%,) Saga (+0.4%), and Kumamoto (+0.1%) saw increased land prices, while their rates of growth were less compared to that of 2020. The most expensive land was Tenjin 2-chome (Watanabe-dori) in Fukuoka City, at \u00a58.8 million per square meter (+0%.)
