Fukuoka Prefecture announced a collaboration with Toyota Motor Corporation to test the effects of fuel-cell trucks in commercial use. Beginning on Aug. 1, four regional freight companies would take turns to run Toyota\u2019s fuel-cell vehicles to access CO2 emission reductions.
