Kyushu-based restaurant chain Ringer Hut announced a new branding direction towards becoming a vegetable-centric cafeteria. Titling its restaurants as \u2018Mogu Vege Shokudo,\u2019 the Nagasaki champon-noodle chain will serve dishes with a wider variety of domestically grown vegetables to support local farmers\u2019 and customers\u2019 health alike.
