The Fukuoka City Board of Education will open a night junior high school next April so students who have not received enough compulsory education due to non-attendance can study again. The Fukuoka City Board of Education conducted a questionnaire survey between April and May of this year and decided to establish the school after receiving approximately 200 applicants who wished to attend the school. <\/span>The school will accept about 40 students aged 15 or older living in Fukuoka City and offer classes in nine subjects from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., five days a week. According to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, there are 36 public night junior high schools in Japan, but none in Kyushu and Okinawa. <\/span>Source: <\/b>NHK<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
