Sadly the IMS (Inter Media Station) building in Tenjin will close <\/span>permanently<\/span> today. Opened in 1989 as an “information and culture transmission base” and considered a <\/span>trendsetter<\/span> for the city. <\/span>The 14-floor complex currently spans 45,000 square meters and is home to approximately 130 tenants. <\/span>After 32 years it will be demolished and rebuilt along with other \u201cTenjin Big Bang\u201d redevelopments. Construction will begin in 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
