The thinly sliced<em> fugu<\/em> dish is a well-known local specialty of Yamaguchi Prefecture and is often served at restaurants for locals and tourists. The introduction of the machine allows customers to enjoy the regional taste at lower prices. Four items, including <em>sashimi<\/em> (raw fish) and <em>fugu<\/em> for hotpot, are available for \u00a51,000~.
