The furniture brand, Nitori Co., Ltd., would acquire a lot of 40,982 square meters for \u00a57.7 billion. At the same time, Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., Tokyu Land Corporation, Marubeni Corporation, and Nishinippon Shimbun Co., Ltd. would jointly purchase the 39,306 m2 land for \u00a511.8 billion.
