Those who have difficulty visiting vaccination venues (including those with care levels of 4~5 or disability certificates of grade 1~2) and families who constantly take care of them can book visits of medical doctors and nurses <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ttzk.graffer.jp\/city-fukuoka\/smart-apply\/apply-procedure-alias\/vaccine-zaitaku\/door\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or by phone until Oct. 29.
