A mini electric vehicle sharing service began in Itoshima City, Fukuoka. Toyota\u2019s two-seater EV, \u2018C+pod, became available at three spots to provide a new mobility option for the locals and tourists alike. Those who sign up for the Toyota Share smartphone application can rent those cars just by booking online. (Price: \u00a5200\/15 min, \u00a53,800\/6 hrs, \u00a55,300\/12 hrs, etc.) The service was developed as part of Itoshima\u2019s \u2018Yokamachi Future Project\u2019 that creates future-oriented mobility services. The project also began the operation of two AI-based on-demand microbuses after the preceding trial period. (\u00a5200 per ride. Booking accepted via app or phone.)<\/span><\/p>\n
