(JR Kyushu) will appoint Yoji Furumiya as its new President &amp; CEO as of April 1st, 2022. The 59-year-old native of Fukuoka joined the former Japanese National Railways in 1985 and spent a significant part of his career in the railway sector of JR Kyushu after its privatization. He also took leadership in projects for Kyushu <i>shinkansen<\/i> and Seven Stars.
