The project ranks dynamic urban towns in Japan by 14 criteria, including an abundance of cultural facilities and restaurants, friendliness, diversity, and flexibility of the local community. Each of Kyushu\u2019s top-three towns in the 2021 list ranked even higher; Chuo Ward (8th -&gt;&gt; 5th,) Hakata Ward (40th -&gt;&gt; 28th), and Kokurakita Ward (78th -&gt;&gt; 35th.)
