Sakura festivals at prefectural parks (Tenjin Chuo Park and Nishi Park) will again be canceled, and private parties involving eating and drinking are discouraged at seven other parks. While the ongoing infection control program will be lifted after Mar. 6, the prefecture designates the following month (3\/7 ~ 4\/7) as the \u2018infection-spike prevention period,\u2019 in which people are asked to continue anti-infection measures with extra care.
