Amongst the twelve restaurants to open is an affiliate of &#8220;sio,&#8221; which has been listed as a one-star restaurant in the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2020 for three consecutive years. Another standout amongst the twelve is a pasta specialty restaurant named &#8220;Oishii Pasta.&#8221; In 2021, &#8220;Forbes Japan&#8221; selected owner-chef Shusaku Toba as one of the to100 chefs of the year.
