Monocle\u2019s 15th annual Quality of Life Survey was released on June 16, and the good news? Fukuoka is back in its ranking of the top 25 desirable cities to live in the world! Captioned \u201cThe balanced Japanese city,\u201d Fukuoka squeezed back into the list at the 22nd spot after missing the cut in 2021 for the first time since 2008.
