Suseto (the biofuel) is made from the oil of photosynthetic microorganisms, or greenbugs, and is said to help reduce carbon dioxide emissions. The biofuel can be mixed with diesel oil without modifying the engine, and a demonstration was held to show how it can be used to fuel a ship. The marina management company hopes to introduce the system at other marinas in the future and actively work to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
