As to the reason, Kyushu Institute of Technology stated, &#8220;Although there was no request from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the president of Kyushu Institute of Technology made a comprehensive decision. However, Kyushu Institute of Technology said that it would not notify students about the display of the flag because it &#8220;does not force students and others to offer condolences.
