The international cycling organization, Union Cycliste Internationale, listed <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uci.org\/competition-details\/2023\/ROA\/70169\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the October race<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as a new stage race for UCI Asia Tour. This will encourage high-level teams, including Tour de France participants, to join the four-day competition that will take place in Fukuoka, Kumamoto, and Oita between Oct. 6 ~ 9.
