According to the weather outlook for northern Kyushu for the next three months, westerly winds will meander southward near Japan due to the La Ni\u00f1a phenomenon. In that sea, surface temperatures off the coast of South America are lower than usual, and cold air is likely to enter the region. As a result, the winter pressure pattern will intensify, and the country will be susceptible to cold air.
