On December 1, 2022, the “010 BUILDING,” a complex facility that integrates food and entertainment, is scheduled to open in front of Canal City Hakata. Goh Fukuyama, owner-chef of Goh in Nishinakasu, the only restaurant in western Japan to be named one of Asia’s Best Restaurants, and Gaggan<\/span> Anand, a regularly Michelin-awarded chef will open a collaborative restaurant called GohGan, inside the new 010 Building.<\/p>\n

The space will feature 54 seats facing an open kitchen and 19 terrace seats along the river. Appearances by guest chefs are also being considered. In addition, “BAR 010,” produced by Michito Kaneko, a bartender who won the world’s top prize at the “WORLD CLASS 2015” bartender world competition, will also open in the same building. The bar will be operated by Shigeki Ikeda, owner-bartender of the popular Nakasu bar La Barre Charager. Later in the night, the space becomes a DJ bar.<\/p>\n
