According to the Fukuoka District Meteorological Observatory, average winter temperatures in northern Kyushu are expected to be &#8220;normal or below normal&#8221; from December through the next three months. On the other hand, precipitation for the three months is expected to be &#8220;normal or below normal&#8221; due to the lack of influence from low-pressure systems and fronts.
