The hotel will have one basement floor and 19 floors above ground. The size of each room is planned to be at least 35 square meters for singles and 100 square meters for suites (10 rooms). The first floor will be a lounge and reception area, the second floor will be a banquet hall and the fifth floor will be a natural hot spring spa.
