Ideas of Akiko Shihara first turned to \u2018<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/woman.excite.co.jp\/welovebaby\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We Love Akachan Projet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019 in 2016 and has since involved 28 local governments and 271 other organizations.
