The redevelopment project includes the Nishitetsu Inn Fukuoka, a business hotel, and the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suikyo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tenmangu Shrine. The Tenjin Big Bang, a redevelopment project by Fukuoka City, allows for relaxed height restrictions as long as an outline of the plan is submitted to the city by the end of December.
