Daimaru Bessou, located in Chikushino City, neglected to replace the bath water except on two days of closure per year, as required by the prefectural regulations, and also failed to inject chlorine disinfectant, resulting in the detection of Legionella bacteria at levels 3,700 times higher than the standard value.
