The former president of the operating company for the long-established inn “Daimaru Besso” in Chikushino City, who had been criminally charged with violating the Public Bathhouse Act and was searched by the police on the 10th, was found dead in the city on the 12th. According to the police, at around 7:00 a.m. on the 12th, a man was found dead in Chikushino City, and was identified as Mr. <\/span>Makoto<\/span> Yamada (70), the former president of the operating company for “Daimaru Besso.” A note with contents resembling a suicide note was found in his car, which was parked on a nearby street, and based on the condition of the body and the scene, it is believed to be a suicide.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Daimaru Besso” was subject to improvement guidance from Fukuoka Prefecture after problems such as the fact that the bathwater was only replaced twice a year became known, and the prefecture filed a criminal complaint against the former president, who had resigned after giving a false explanation.
