After a detailed examination by the police, it was determined that the object was neither explosive nor hazardous. Although the object didn’t cause any injuries or disruptions to the railway operations, it led to an approximate three-hour restriction of access to the surrounding area until the police recovered it. The police are currently making efforts to identify the person who left the suspicious object, considering the possibility that it could have been an ill-intentioned prank based on the circumstances at the scene. The police have not disclosed details about the object, but are analyzing surveillance footage as part of their investigation. Source: NHK

Stay informed with the latest Fukuoka & Kyushu news and events in English.
