On the 20th, the Fukuoka District Meteorological Observatory released a forecast spanning July to September.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The report suggests that the &#8220;El Ni\u00f1o phenomenon&#8221;, characterized by higher than average sea surface temperatures near the equator off the coast of South America, is currently in effect and is likely to continue into the fall. Consequently, the northern part of Kyushu is expected to be frequently enveloped in warm air over the next three months.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result, the average temperature for July and September is projected to be &#8220;around or above average&#8221;, while August is expected to be &#8220;above average&#8221;.
