With one tenant already confirmed, the developers aim to complete the facility by the end of July 2024. The building will be designed and built to meet the specific requirements of its tenant, a method known as &#8220;Build to Suit&#8221; (BTS). The site for the new construction is approximately 5 kilometers east of the Tosu Junction (JCT), a key intersection on the highway connecting North-South and East-West Kyushu.
