A committee of six experts was formed to investigate the incident. The committee&#8217;s first meeting was held on the 17th, focusing on understanding the incident and working to prevent similar occurrences. The police are also investigating possible professional negligence, as it was revealed that the accident occurred when a teacher sprayed alcohol on charcoal to intensify flames.
